RECIPE CARD — MICROGREEN POWER TOAST
Microgreen Power Toast
Ingredients:
• Sourdough or wholegrain toast
• Avocado
• Sunflower & Radish microgreens
• Lemon
• Olive oil
• Salt & chilli flakes
Method:

Toast bread. Smash avocado with lemon and salt. Spread thick. Top with a generous handful of microgreens. Finish with olive oil and chilli flakes.

Healthy fats + fresh greens + crunch + flavour.

RECIPE CARD — LION’S MANE PAN SEAR
Simple Lion’s Mane Pan Sear
Ingredients:

• Lion’s mane mushroom
• Butter or olive oil
• Garlic
• Thyme
• Salt
Method:

Slice thick. Dry sear first until golden. Add butter, garlic and thyme. Baste for 2–3 minutes. Salt lightly.
Serve with eggs, steak, or on toast.
Chef tip:
Do not overcrowd the pan.

Microgreen Boost Salad
Ingredients:

• Mixed leaves
• Broccoli & Red Cabbage microgreens
• Pumpkin or sunflower seeds
• Olive oil
• Cider vinegar
Method:

Combine leaves and seeds. Add microgreens last. Dress lightly and toss once.
Best for: Fresh crunch and colour lift on any meal.
