How Weekly Harvest Ordering Works

We use a harvest-to-order system instead of warehouse stock. That keeps quality high and handling low.


Step 1 — Place Your Order by Tuesday

Choose your weekly box, individual items, or add-ons.

Orders close every Tuesday to lock harvest quantities.


Step 2 — We Harvest Mid-Week

Micro-greens are cut and mushrooms are picked specifically for that week’s orders.

No long storage cycles. No bulk holding.


Step 3 — Delivered Fresh on Friday

All orders are packed and delivered locally on Friday.

This timing gives you the best shelf life and peak flavour window, ready for the weekend and week ahead.
