We grow fresh micro-greens and gourmet mushrooms locally in Papplewick Nottinghamshire, in small batches, with one priority — freshness at harvest.
Our produce is grown for flavour, texture, and nutrient density — not long storage life. That means tighter harvest cycles, careful growing conditions, and produce that reaches you days fresher than typical retail supply chains.
Micro-greens are harvested young for intensity of flavour and concentrated plant compounds. Our gourmet mushrooms are grown for culinary quality and functional food value.
We operate on a weekly harvest model:
Orders close Tuesday
Harvest mid-week
Delivered fresh Friday
This lets us grow to demand, reduce waste, and maintain consistent quality.
We currently produce limited weekly volumes to protect standards, with capacity increasing as harvest systems scale.
